Summer Camp!
This week Sophie and Ben started Summer Camp. Ben is going to camp at his school, while Sophie is going to Poly Prep in Bay Ridge. That means she takes a school bus every day, which is a lot of fun.
Sophie plays in a pool twice a day, gets to run around an amazing campus, and eats a family style lunch every day.
This week Ben visited a candy shop where he made chocolate cookies, visited a Fire Station, and just had a ton of fun.
Everyone is loving camp!

to First grade! Today we celebrated K-113 and their completion of Kindergarten.
Philadelphia
This weekend we went to Philadelphia. We had tons of fun running around the hotel and Sophie loved swimming in the pool. Ben was a little sick and didn’t sleep well at night, but still had a great time. The highlight of our trip was going to the “Please Touch” Museum.
Field Day
Friday was a half day at PS8, and Sophie’s class had a field day. Lots of running around, playing and dancing made the morning fun. Mommy took the day off from school and chaperoned.
Ben’s last week of school
This was Ben’s last week of school. The next few weeks he will be in daycare, and then Summer Camp starts!
MoMA
School was closed today, so Sophie went to MoMA with our babysitter, Kayla.
Kayla asked Sophie… “how does this make you feel?” And this is what she got.
