Sophie’s class is learning about bread, so mommy volunteered do a presentation on making Challah. After two nights of making the dough, they were ready for the presentation.

They stood in front of the class and showed them how to make the dough.  Then Sophie demonstrated under the Smart Board camera, how to braid the dough.

Everyone in the class got their own dough ball to knead, roll, braid and take home to bake. Sophie walked around the room and helped her friends roll and braid if they needed some assistance.
